Posting for a friend. He hasn't seen his children in 3 years due to lies told by ex wife, also covid and various other things I won't get into. Question is when eldest is 16 next month can he in effect ignore the court order and make contact? As far as we're aware the child has been alienated so probably won't even come to anything... he is just frightened she will try and get him in put in jail or something - divorced 4 years ago and she still seems to haven't moved on or let go...
