We saw mediator for MIAMs but she is now unavailable for personal reasons. She has said she can pass her detailed notes from the MIAMs on to another mediator at the same company and we can proceed to a joint meeting. I feel uncomfortable with this and would like to have a meeting alone with the mediator (either another MIAM or a more informal chat) as I can’t be sure the notes cover everything I said. Ex is saying I’m just wasting time and money, so I feel really unsure. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
