Form E, and Questionnaire advice please

Hi Guys, just wondered if anyone who has recently been through the process could help. My solicitor is frustratingly slow at returning my queries. So, Form Es have been exchanged. Initial court appointment is early October. I have sent off my questions for the Questionnaire based on his Form E. Do we now exchange those Questionnaires and get to see them prior to the first appointment? Or is it just the court who will see them? Hope that makes sense..

Send the questions to your solicitor, court and EX in one email. Everything needs to be submitted to all parties before court date.

Hi, thanks for your response. I don't send anything to my ex as he has ceased all communication. Does it not have to be sent simultaneously? So both parties exchange at same time? Which would seem fair?

Just your solicitor and court then, my DP's ex refused to exchange which is contempt of court however if there is a court direction to exchange then you must exchange regardless. it will reflect badly on the other person if they do not exchange with you. Just make sure you comply
