Filed for divorce under new no fault system the day it launched. Me and stbxh did a joint application. Was able to apply for conditional order today. I logged in and completed the form saying yes I did want to proceed with conditional order. Stbxh has tried to do his bit but having issues.
When he logs in he gets 2 options:
I want to join the new application
OR
I want to continue with my existing application
I haven't created a new application so no idea why it is doing this. When he tried to join he is asked to put in the reference number and access code. When he inputs the ones he has been emailed he gets a declined error message. He hasn't selected the other option as it says he will then not be able to access the existing application.
It's definitely not him trying to delay. I saw him try and he wants the divorce as much as I do. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this and it's a possible glitch in the new system. He is going to call tomorrow and ask anyway.
