Hi there,
I am going through a tough phase of divorce.
I have following queries:
1.) My wife said that she will raise dispute on financial order for sake of it. she wont let me buy her out the mortgaged house we are in.
2.) My kid14 years old likes me and would want to live with me but she threatens that she will take away the kid too!
3.) I am ok for assets to have a fair division but I am skeptacle that she will deny she has got gold jewellery which must be worth 15+ grands.
How do I prove she has got that amount of jewellary with her? She has gone abroad for few days though and I can access that jewellary? Will video/photos of that jewellery do?

1. she is perfectly entitled to do that.
2. A 14 year old without SN would be considered old enough to chose who they live with
3. jewellery is usually considered a gift and may not be counted in the overall assets.
