Long marriage. Wanted out 2 years ago.
He's not going anywhere.
I looked online and filled out the government form but haven't received an email back.
No property, we rent. No pensions.,
Advice needed pls.

why Davy you move out and crack on with the divorce ?

I can't move out. I wish I could! I would be gone in a heartbeat. The flat is affordable housing and it's in my name. I couldn't afford private rent.
We have a 9 year old and 3 older.. one has left home.
I just don't understand why he wants to stay here..
I thought if I could get the ball rolling with divorce then he would finally move out..
