Another solicitor leaving

Just had an email from my solicitor saying they're leaving and my divorce will be handed to a new solicitor. This is the 3rd time this has happened since I filed for divorce at the end of 2020. They are based 200 miles away so all correspondence has been done via phone and email. I've never met any of them. My husband's solicitor is local and seems a lot stronger than mine.
I've posted before - under another name - but he is set to get a lot more than me when he shouldn't.

Should alarm bells ring?

Call centre solicitors are cheaper and have higher staff turnover for a reason

As you are two years in you probably need to decide how much you spending vs how much you are fighting for and whether using someone local may speed up what you need to get done or achieve what you are aiming for

I doubt your particular case is making them leave

Why is he set to get ‘more than he should’. In what way?
