Financial Arrangement

Anyone have any experience of this? I'm being backed into a corner to agree to a divorce with no financial disclosure (he's a dodgy f*ker) .. the financial offering is favourable but I'm pretty sure I shouldn't agree to anything just yet. I'm thinking of requesting a financial agreement until the dust settles.

Get the divorce first, decri nisi only. Then apply to court for a financial order. Until this is sorted dont get the decri absolute.

We didn't do the financial order until 4 months after the decree absolute, by then I had him backed in to a corner, I had something he wanted & everything I wanted I had already got, he signed without even reading it.

Thanks for your input, I need to do some proper research. I'm agreeing to nothing at this point.
