hello all i have question for you all, im a jewish male i married a jewish girl in the uk as a jewish wedding, but we legally did not register with the registrar, or any legal bodies. we got married in 2011, we have never lived together at all we have one son who was born in 2011. now 7-8 years later made a lot of money via my business and also got some inhertance from my fathers estate. can she get anything?

If your marriage was not registered, you are not legally married. However, you have a partner and child and surely you can understand that you have a financial responsibility towards them. You have provided limited information but come across as unkind.

im not unkind, and my sons mother is rich her self, i dont mind paying child maintenace, but i dont want her to take my inheritance, when my father passed away 2 years ago. also i have a successful business now whiich i have worked very hard. also i have never lived with her which i can prove. the only reason we had a jewish wedding was, she fell pregnant when i dated her. and her dad said we had to get married which i didnt want.

Think you need advice from a Jewish Solicitor. Do you pay any money to her and her child.
