So form E is in showing “all cough cough” assets on both sides….
However STBXH runs an online retail company he shared his bank statements but “forgot” about PayPal etc. I failed to pick up on it too so can I still get it in the list of assets even though we are off to court soon, it’s not a lot maybe 30k but it’s still an asset he hasn’t declared, and will the court look down on him for not declaring? (Would they even know/should I tell them?) I’m just worried he may have hidden more stuff now…
