I have been going through separation and divorce. and my other half prevented me seeing the children 9 and 14 years old from the past 2 years. She involved the older child in the dv case she reported to police for her selfish interests. police had seen no case in it and dropped. I am going through the nightmares with her and her family. she filed the same dv case in another jurisdiction outside the uk and held me in that jurisdiction until recently in the guise of sorting out things there. Now I am back in the UK and filed for divorce. I requested to reestablish child contacts via mediation and she now agreed.
I have a mediation meeting next week and I am not sure how to deal the situation, what to ask her etc.?
please help...
