Absolute and consent order

Solicitor dealing with absolute and consent order. They said they submitted one month ago.
I rang up the courts for a update and they said they have not received anything nor a absolute or consent order. Courts said this should be posted to them.
Solicitor reckons they submitted online, but which is the correct way?
How long should absolute take if submitted with consent order?

I’ve just accepted the conditional order, does my ex receive notice I’ve accepted if it’s a joint application?

My absolute was approved within a couple of weeks, submitted in mid August this year, the financial aspect I am still waiting news.
