I wondered if anyone could recommend a pension expert for a pension split on divorce? I have looked into it and there are some complicating factors which means that having a pension report is recommended.
I am trying not to use solicitors as I’ve spent money on fighting LA to get my eldest daughter into a special school, but I think getting a pension report would be beneficial.
I have read though that the court does not have to accept the pension expert report? Is this true, I want to be sure before I spend the money. Thank you.
