Ex won't sign clean break

First ex wanted a clean break and put it on me to arrange. I paid my solicitor 1k to do it. Now ex won't sign it and saying she doesn't want to and won't exchange d81. I'm not claiming anything as it was just a 4 month marriage.

I believe I can force the clean break via a ancillary relief and going to court. How much would this set me back to get a judge to approve it???

Ancillary relief and consent order are different things
Not sure in the cysts involved - what is your solicitor suggesting?
Ultimately if you cannot reach consensus you gave no option but to go to a court hearing

Haven't been able to get hold of my solicitor as she's away for 2 weeks..
But as ex won't sign consent order or even exchange d81 what can I do?

In the same position here, ex wont sign the clean break or TR1, a DJ can sign it but it needs to go full hearing to force it. Circa costs depending on how obstructive ex can be is approx 10 to 15k. so far we are 5k down and not even at FDR

Why can't people just be fair.
All I need is the consent order signed for a clean break. She retains whatever she brought to marriage and same goes for me. Simples for a 4 month marriage.
The marriage was annulled to so can't even believe I still need to get a clean break if the marriage never existed.
