does anyone has the real time frame for a decree nisi to be processed
i have heard of 26 weeks ??

There are now new timelines for the law changinges that came in last week, if you have not petitioned “applied”yet. A minimum time of 20 weeks between application and “interim” ( what was nisi). And then 6 weeks min between interim and final

Previous to that there was no minimum time between petitioning and nisi . Mine took 7weeks which was quick ( unreasonable behaviour, not contested), but I think that was very quick vs norm. There was then a 40 day minimum between nisi and absolute. In total mine took less than 3 months. So the law change is now doubling that
