If your both on benefits and one recieved a lump sum then loses there entitlement (cannot put towards a deposit to buy a home only to rent )
How does that then be looked upon from a judges point of view regarding Moving forward without the means to earn an income but having a lump sum to live on
Neither of us can work due disability
Lump sum payed from son to buy Styx out of maritorial home

Mark people have been telling you for months. Stay in your park home and let your ex wife chase you for half the (non existent) funds.

Park homes don't appreciate in value - they depreciate in value. You probably won't have to give your ex anything. Not sure why you keep asking the same question over and over again?

Panicking here
No fault divorce and finances to sort
STBX will loose her entitlement to benifits so no income other than a lump some 50/50 of the house
