I'm after some advice. I was married for 3 months then we separated. Have filed for annulment, close to getting absolute.
Before marriage I owned the home I lived in with my partner with another family member. Then few months after separation with ex I bought my family members share of house out, so I owned it 100%
Would this house be counted as a non matrimonial asset because I had 50% before marriage and owned the other 50% after separation.
Would my ex be able to claim anything? Our finances were totally separate and she did not contribute towards anything in the house.
