Relocation proceedings

Has anyone been through this and been successful in getting permission to relocate as the main carer (with the child)?

How are you going to endure the child can still reasonably see the other half if that's in place?

Is this an internal or overseas location?

It's hard to get permission to emigrate. The last 2 cases I've had with overseas immigration, the parent wanting to leave failed.
