Has anyone heard much about this?
A friend if mine, having been seperated only 6mths was reading about it but couldn't find much on how you would apply and such. She doesn't really want to wait 2 years though either.
Straightforward divorce, they have agreed most things and finances/child issues are mainly resolved.
