Annulment and clean break

Do I need a clean break order if getting a annulment? I knw u do in a divorce but what about annulment?

Since an annulment means that you were never married, I wouldn't have thought you needed anything further that relates to marriage.

The other side is asking for a clean break. Was only together 3 months and had no financial ties. The decree nisi is granted and she wants a clean break. I have no issues with this.
But they asking I be the applicant when it's them asking for clean break. Shouldn't I be the respondent in the application or shouldn't it matter?

you still need a consent order to seperate finances formally.
Really doesn't matter if you are the respondent or not, I was applicant for the divorce and ExH was applicant for the consent order, I paid for divorce and him for the consent.
