Sorry, my second post of the day but different question. I wish to submit a divorce application asap (hopefully today) but I don't have STBXH address. He's moved in with ow but won't tell me the address. I have his mum's address - neither she nor he live in the city I live in and are about 150 miles away. Is all I can do put his mum's address down? He's still using our home address for his bank etc as clearly doesn't want his ow to incur extra council tax charges but he's not living here.
