AIBU- stopping car share while we divorce

I have a lease car in my name.

Ex is being difficult and I've had enough, so told him he'll have to find his own vehicle as I'm not prepared to share mine anymore. He walks or cycles to work and to his family and hobby, so doesn't need a car, but he often wants it for the sort of stuff he doesn't need it for, and it feels like he only 'needs' it so I can't have it.

But I don't know if IABU. We do still live together, after all.

Has anything changed since your last thread?

How embarrassing, I totally forgot I opened a thread in recent days! Slightly different perspective though, that was about whether he could deny me electricity, but yeah, I've got some many pans on the boil I forgot about this one!
