Hi, looking for a bit of help understand what to do next with the information i have received from court. The Decree Nisi has been granted with a Costs Order.
The message with the Decree Nisi says that the respondent has to pay the petitioner within 14 days of the order being made.
The Costs Order, which is then attached, says that the the respondent is ordered to pay the petitioners costs, such costs to be agreed and if not agreed to be subject to detailed assessment by the court.
I am not sure what should happen now? The costs were the divorce application fee. Am i supposed to do something now?
