My 16yo is now not talking to her father and, living with me full time instead of 50/50. He has now decided that hee will pay the maintenance amount but to my daughter not to me. I don't think he can do that but does anyone have any relevant experience?

It's supposed to be paid to you until they're 18. You could always put a CMS claim in and he'll be told to pay you, I believe.

He’s wrong. He can give her an additional allowance but it’s not up to him to decide not to give you the child support he owes you.

Open a claim with the CMS today, make it official.
