Hi!

My husband has responded that he's not defending the application. The next stage is to apply for Nisi but I'm not sure how to answer 'is the behaviour continuing'.

The behaviour that caused the issue has likely stopped (online stuff) but we're so past that now and the marriage is over and we're amicable - but if I select No, it asks for the date of the last example? If I say Yes then it just proceeds.

Any thoughts?

I believe it just means behaviour generally. So basically you need to confirm that you still want to divorce and to proceed as I understand it.

Be pragmatic about your response (as opposed to logical). Do whatever you need to do to advance the divorce. As is often the case with these online processes, the steps may not cover all eventualities.
