After months of arguments my stbex signed the consent order docs and solicitor filed with the court mid October. Since then I've heard nothing, they haven't even taken payment yet.
I chased my solicitor last week (for the thousandth time) who said he has now put through their new online system?
Just wondered if anyone else has recently been at this stage and how long the delay was. I have a mortgage agreed in principle to buy ex out of the family home but expires in feb and praying I don't have to start again.
