What is the process like?

I can apply for my divorce in January (hurray!), but I'm just wondered what the process is like?
When do we pay?
What can I expect to happen?

We have 2 children and a childcare arrangement plan set up between us both. We didn't own a house and have no debts or accounts in our joint names.
I'm hoping it will be just a matter of signing the dotted line but am I being abit naive🙈

I was also wondering when is the £660 paid? When then application is processed or when it is made?

I can't remember when you pay but pretty sure it is when you apply.

Even if you have no joint finances, you should still look to get a financial order so neither of you have rights to claim anything in the future including pensions if this is what you have agreed.
