Current FDR wait

I had my FDA hearing at the end of July. Still waiting for a date for the FDR hearing. Does anyone have any recent experience as to how long it will be? I think it's usually 3 months but currently there are delays. Just so frustrated with how slow everything is moving. And ex is so stubborn that I am so scared it's going to go to a final hearing which will be God knows when. Feel so trapped.

You should have a date set by now. I would chase the court.

My FDR is Thursday!

@ivegotthisyeah it's in 2 weeks! I rang the court as @MrsBertBibby advised.
Good luck for Thursday and do let me know how you get on. We are due to send a proposal across this week. So everything crossed that I might have some resolution soon. Ex is hard work to put it mildly 🙄

Will do very nervous about it but hopefully it will draw this horrible dragged out divorce to an end. My ex is a first class right arse who's his money and a property!!

I survived!! Had a very old fashioned posh male judge ex barrister. It didn't go my way 💯 but I am happy with the outcome and the judge was fair to both parties. He didn't go into any small details we raised ( such as hiding money was t huge amounts ) but concentrated the the main issues we were stuck on. His judgement was very helpful and he gave a judgment on what he would order should it go to a final hearing.
Defo glad it's not going to a final hearing 💰

Oh no I feel for you. There should be quicker resolution for finances. I can only imagine how awful it must be when people are still living in the house together.
