Third party communication? Is it a thing?

My partner and his Ex cannot communicate. Basically it's a constant slanging match.

He receives long nasty emails, often with no shred of useful info about child contact. Just character assassination and banging on about the past - which he feels compelled to respond to.

Child is 15 and they've already been through court and no order was made due to the child's age.

His Ex refuses to use an app / Family Wizard, won't have a parenting plan and right now it's either reading nasty emails or texts, or the child has to pass on messages.

I'm wondering if it's possible to pay a professional to sift through emails for each side and pass on only the relevant info about child contact time or other parenting issues?
Is this a thing?

A company I worked for a while ago managed virtual personal assistants and a couple of the pa's we had on the books did do this for their clients, filtered all communication between divorced parents, and just passed along the salient points of relevance. There are loads of companies out there that do virtual assistants, virtual pa's and the like.

That's a good idea about the VA, but I do feel it maybe needs someone also with a background in mediation/counselling/some knowledge of family law maybe?

Any ideas how I can help my partner find the right person? Could be anywhere in the country as it would be via email.

Thanks

Mediation does this but I suggest a contact book arrangement. So have a parenting plan, all non urgent things go in the book with the child(ren) back and forth. Only contact on email is for emergencies - ie illness, school drama, nothing else.
