How long to get decree absolute after applying?

My decree nisi was granted several months ago. I just went online to HMCTS to apply for decree absolute. I expected it to be automatic and instantaneous... i.e. I can get it today. However site said it's being processed.

How long does this take? Hours? Days? Weeks? Desperate to be divorced!

OK if anybody is in the same predicament... I just got an email 10 minutes later. I am divorced. So the answer is immediately, in my case!

October 6th is my date but still waiting on the financial side of things to be sorted so I’ll delay applying until after then.

Any idea how long financial consent orders are taking. Think ours is fairly straightforward. At Birmingham court if that makes difference
