Hi looking for some advice please. Divorce nearly complete consent order signed and awaiting sign off through the court before can apply for decree absolute. Childcare arrangements were agreed between us and wrote up parenting plan but obviously not legally binding. Stbxh now being very slow at discussing/ commiting to things. Should I get a formal order?? . Children are 8/11 I figured childcare will change over time in line with there wishes and we agree with 70/30 split he is just really slow at discussing times for pickups what constitutes weekends etc. Now they are back at school. Is it worth trying to get an order or just keep on trying to fix things with him. Is it worth the time/ effort and cost as isn't going to change his personality..
Thanks

Personally I wouldnt go for an order. Makes flexibility harder. If he is slow at making arrangements just get tough with him and say right you pick up at xxhrs and return at xxhrs.
