I believe the CMS needs to change their policy for the most difficult parents who avoid paying due to all the loopholes in the system. For these parents they should look at their pensions, savings and lifestyle as there are many parents living a luxurious life and paying no maintenance and legally they can get away with it because the policy of the CMS is deeply flawed.

The system is a joke. Absolutely unfit for purpose.

Well really all they need to do is look at salary plus dividends. That’s it
They don’t need to assess lifestyle etc, just include both salary and dividends in the calculation

they can hide dividends as well. If they put them into another new company they don't pay tax so no maintenance.

This seems entirely sensible. It should be possible to tackle this. It would be good if they could also get the parents who simply decide not to work so their kids will get both

It is possible to tackle it but the government don't want to upset the many white middle class men in this country who are dominant
