Help with court process alone

I'm wondering if there are any groups or charities you know about who could help me manage the court process alone?

I've had a really bad experience with lawyers, and spent £30,000 with them over the years- money I don't have.

I'm at my wits end, as judge gave us court order in divorce saying we had to sell fmh, and what equity split would be. But 3 years on ex is blocking everything so house isn't on the market- and I've received none of the money I should have.

Lawyers have cost me a bomb with absolutely no results, so I'm thinking of going back to court by myself to get the order enforced, but I don't know where to start with it all. Can anyone help?

Hi, I would recommend:

The book, the family court without a lawyer by Lucy Reed. Also covers enforcement.

The organisation Support Through Court can give procedural but not legal advice.

Rights of Women family law line (can be difficult to get through)

Universities that offer law clinics for their students but can take a while to get an appointment.

Citizens Advice (I got 3 free 30 minute appointments)

Also read practice directions relevant to your case, they are written in plain English.

Regarding which court form to use, email or call the court and explain you are a litigant in person.

If you have a court order to sell the family home, might be worth a one off paid call with a property solicitor. They maybe more straight forward than a family law solicitor.
