My ex has so far been good at getting away with paying less CM than I think they should. I appealed 3 years ago and was turned away. CMS explained how they calculated the payments and the tribunal accepted.
However, I have learnt that a Variation can be applied for notional income at 8% of asset value. Does anyone have any experience of this?
