Not me, but my best friend and partner separated about 2 years ago and agreed between them selves to share custody.
Her ex has never paid her anything and this was ok when he was a toddler, but now he's at school and needs uniform, clothes, etc he still refuses to pay or contribute to anything or buy anything himself.
She's trying to find out if she should get a solicitor but she's a student and can't really afford it.
What is normal arrangements abc should she go to court?
