Will get to the point as otherwise I will ramble ending my 10 year marriage Dh is working I am not he is refusing to leave the house as he pays the rent but both names are on the tenancy, I am currently not working so have no income I can't apply for anything whilst he is living in the house can I?
He's giving me money for the children but is being very childish and stopped paying all other utilities.
I am trying to sort everything on what he's giving me for the kids but it's not stretching can I apply for help once he leaves or can it be now? I don't know what to do I have no money and children to look after... does anyone know what my next steps should be? Thank you
