Hi! As the title of the thread suggests I have been seperated to my (hopefully) stbxh for more than 2 years.
I live with someone else and we have a child together, he has been in a new relationship for over a year.
Yet he won't consent to a divorce on the grounds of seperated for 2 years. It was a very controlling marriage and its like this is his last hold on me.
I'm not sure what to do now, go for unreasonable behaviour? Can he contest that too?
