Divorce - 2 years with consent

Hi there,
I'm looking for some advice as I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.
Me and my ex decided to start divorce proceedings and seeing that no fault divorce is yet again delayed we agreed to go with 2 years with consent option. We've lived separately for over 2 years - I chose to leave marital home and he stayed there. My friends offered me their apartment but I never had a formal contract or any bills on my name there. Will I be asked for any proof of address? If so - what can I present? Or is it enough to just state my current address in the form? Any advice or experiences would be much appreciated. Thank you, O

I did this route. Wasn't asked for proof of when the separation happened. Indeed you can actually separate within the same household.

Thank you. I’m guessing it’s unlikely they ask to send extra documents if the consent is there.
