I'm after some help regarding divorce
I believe the process to get help with fees to be
1: complete ex160 form and await th he's number
2: put this number on the d80 Divorce form
and apply for divorce
Now I know ex will not.agree to divorce or deny receiving them
My question is can I apply for help to pay for a court processor to deliver the divorce papers
I'v done eligibility check and meet the criteria
