Form E financial hearing

Hi I wonder if anyone can help i have a financial hearing next month regarding form E I need to exchanging my forms with my stbx solicitor by the 24th of June and I have just realised I have no idea if I give his solicitor the originals of everything or copies and how do I send my form E to my local court I'm really confused and any help would really help I'm a single mum and I couldn't afford a solicitor like him unfortunately thank u anyone that can help x

I am also self-representing, and my STBEX is represented.

Everything is being done electronically at the moment.

I didn't send originals of everything - I sent it all over email, both to the court and to my STBEX's solicitor.

Hi thank I have got all hard copies from my stbx solicitor to fill out. Now I'm even more confused haha x

You can file by emailing the signed firm E, or post hard copy if that is easier.

You send a copy of the form plus all attachments to his solicitor, again, email or hard copy is fine.

Keep a set of everything you sent with your own copy form E.
