Ignoring plans for finances

My STBXH is ignoring all attempts to move forward and discuss finances.

We’ve written to him several times and served him 14 days brogue if court proceedings.

Has anyone been in the situation? How did it pan out?

Yes. I went to court. Settled less than a year after filing in court, even in the pandemic.
