Looking for book/website recommendations

I’m looking for some quite specific books/guidance to help me navigate my emotions around my parents divorce.

My parents divorced when I was six, my brothers were younger (one was a baby) and it was all generally acrimonious and awful between them but essentially that was that. My mum settled with a nice man and had two more kids who are now late teens. Im late thirties with a family of my own.

Sadly my mum recently divorced again and I’ve found it really hard, initially because of the impact on my half-brothers (she had an affair, it got messy), but now I’m wondering whether I’m having some sort of throwback of emotions I wasn’t able to deal with from the first divorce.

On first glance I can find a lot of books for adult children of divorce, and how to talk to children about a breakup, but nothing for how to deal with the lasting effects.

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I've not seen anything but it sounds more like you need a counsellor tuned into yourself.

@PicaK thank you, yes I’m on a waiting list for a counsellor.
