Mediate UK Divorce Package

Evening all, I’ve been around for a while but regularly name change. Separated from ex for nearly 2 years now but not actually getting anywhere with the divorce, I don’t know how to push it forward! Came across Mediate UK that offers packages, so you know cost up front. Has anyone used them? Or heard anything about them? Sounds more simple than both instructing solicitors etc.

I haven't used them but my first question would be what happens if mediation fails? You then get lawyers involved at lots of extra cost... Generally with mediation you have to try it before escalating to court. With these it sounds like elongating the mediation process which may not prevent court

Thank you, that’s definitely worth keeping in mind, really want to avoid court but if it’s inevitable I don’t want the process dragged out longer than necessary with additional mediation.
