We divorced 5 years ago. At the time we were living in Dubai. Divorce and financial settlement was done in UK. We split the assets. On the day of the court hearing my lawyer says this is only for financial settlement maintenance would have to be done outside of this. I was quite shocked. Anyway 5 years on I stayed in Dubai he moved back to UK. We have no maintenance agreement in place he provides no money for the 3 kids. I have tried to get lawyers and mediators involved but I always give up because he just ignores and doesn't engage so it starts costing me money to chase him.
Ita not fair that I don't have money to chase him yet at the same time he gets away with not paying for the kids. What can I do to ?
