Timescales for financial order

Does anyone know how long I will be waiting in covid times between applying for financial order and exchange of form E. This would be ahead of first appt with judge? So could be a long time.. really stressing about it.

Ex is refusing to disclose finances and offering me crap deals which I know are much less than half marital assets (married over 30 years) so no chance of settling through mediation etc. I am going LIP, he is intending to use sol... we both work but he is quite comfortable living in marital home while I rent, it suits him to drag it out, I think he’s hoping I get desperate for cash and settle now for less than I’d get in court.. Not a chance! xx

I hate to say we have been waiting for our financial order since October with no update. I emailed the court today and there are delays of 6 months to past a year. Currently the judges are coming in to pick up the work every few weeks meaning the financial applications are sat at the courts waiting for the judge to come get them and then sat in their home once complete until they drop them off at the court again.
