Hi, just after a bit of advice please? I have an initial meeting with my solicitor this week to discuss my divorce (stbxh has already filed - we've been separated over 5 years). It's amicable - other than financial 🙄
Just wondered what sort of questions I should ask her? Obviously the house and kids and pension pot/savings but anything else?
