Child arrangements order

I haven't started child proceedings vs husband but plan to. We are living under same roof waiting for house to be sold and for divorce to be finalized. House is just about to go on the market.

My question is: if house is sold before child arrangements order who will our daughter stay with while we wait for proceedings to conclude, if we live in separate homes bc house has been sold? I don't want 50/50 with husband and plan to fight for 1 overnight a week and EOW. Daughter is 3.

Theyre strange living arrangements. Without the child arrangements order you both have rights so there isn’t a right or wrong answer. Hopefully you can come to an agreement that benefits your child. Where will you both be living once the house is sold?
