Hi

Was married for 6 years. Separated last May.
DA involved. Since he has been trying his hardest to screw me over any way he can.

He has stopped paying his share of mortgage (fair enough as he doesn’t live here) but he’s also stopped paying his half of a joint loan decried against property. I feel this isn’t fair. At the moment I have children 100% of the time. He pays CM. That is it.

His reasoning for this is because he had to pay for half his drug test and other legal fees so he can’t afford to pay his joint financial responsibilities.

I work part time and on UC.

Is this fair? He applied to divorce me and I have to contest it as he wants me to pay for this too.

I can’t keep paying for him. He earns around £35k per year. And lives rent free.

Oh we are almost at Nisi stage and solicitor will only fo finances then. We have approached his solicitor and him about finances but been ignored.

Just issue your form A. He doesn't want to settle.

Was his drug test for child arrangements?

I was about to say the exact same things!

Presumably his non payment of his share of mortgage and loan can be deducted from his share of the equity especially as he is living rent free?

I really hope your solicitor is on the ball and is Shit Hot.

Thanks
