Incorrect information at mediation

Have done numerous sessions at mediation. Just received some financial information which is wrong.

I know that stbexh will know it is incorrect - he knows to the last to the last penny how much income he makes and what he has provided makes a massive difference by £100s every month. He has said before how I find it hard to keep track of finances which is what I think he hopes.

This comes after lots of other things that were maybe 'playing the game' - inflating everything on his Form E.

But I feel like this is the final straw. Would you carry on with someone at mediation knowing they have deliberately lied?

No, if he can't be honest you can't mediate with him. Any asset hiding or pretending things don't count etc and it won't work. Pull out of mediation and file Form A at court

Agreed, mediation only works when 1) you tell the truth and 2) you want to reach a fair agreement.

File for Form A and go to court - the judge will divide the assets fairly, you've got nothing to lose.
