So yday was the last straw with my alcohol abusing H

Please tell me what to do next, here are our circumstances

Me £21000
Him £46000

We're currently in the process of buying and selling so that will need to be stopped

I got £140000 inheritance last year. I have £100000 and he has £40000 of it currently in his saving account

Not much in the current account

Find and copy every single piece of financial information. Payslips, p60s, pension information, bank statements, savings, investments, mortgage statements.
Having done that, see a solicitor. Ask around, read reviews. You need a really good divorce lawyer.

Credit card statements and tax returns.

As @Needacushion said, photocopy everything. Also make a diary of everything that happens day by day, even little things.

For the love of god get that inheritance back into your account!
